    This fun class is designed to work your obliques and side body, stretch it out, and have some fun with an accessible variation Visvamitrasana -- an arm balance that relies on the oblique strength and mobility that you'll work up for in this 20 minute class.

    As with all of my classes, you'll need to focus as we work into some unusual postures and transitions! Focus your mind and connect your breath to find ease into every posture. Let your body do the work so your mind can rest.
