TERMS OF SERVICE RELATING TO THE USE OF THE LIFORME YOGA RETREATS & EVENTS GUIDE

Your use of the Site is for your information and/or convenience only and Liforme does not sponsor or endorse any of the listed events, nor does Liforme vouch for or provide any assurances as to the quality of or any other aspect of the organisation of the listed events. Liforme has no responsibility or liability for the content of any other third party website (or the content therein) linked to from the Site, or any products or services offered to you on such websites. Nor shall Liforme have any liability to you with regard to any breaches of agreements you make with third parties operating such websites, including without limitation for events booked and paid for but not actually provided or not matching description.

2. RIGHTS

All content included on the Site, including without limitation text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, designs and/or aesthetic look of the Site is and shall remain the exclusive property of Liforme Ltd or any applicable third party content owners.

3. REVIEWS, COMMENTS, AND OTHER VISITOR CONTENT

Liforme Ltd may provide you with the opportunity to post reviews, comments, and/or other content on the site (“User Submitted Content”). If you do submit User Submitted Content, you represent and warrant that the User Submitted Content submitted by you: (i) is owned or controlled by you; (ii) is factually accurate and not misleading in any manner; (iii) does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party; (iv) is not defamatory of any third party; (v) is not obscene; (vi) does not invade the privacy of any third party;

You hereby grant Liforme a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right in perpetuity to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, sell, assign, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display throughout the world in any media, any User Submitted Content you submit.

4. UNLAWFUL CONTENT OR IP COMPLAINTS

5. INDEMNITY AND WAIVER

Liforme reserves the right to alter or terminate any or all features or services at any time without notice. Liforme Ltd also reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to edit or remove any content, make changes to the Site, and to update or supplement its policies, and these Terms and Conditions, without notice, and such new terms shall be binding upon you.

If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
